At Turin Grinders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home espresso setup. If your grinder isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Clean and Pack
Thoroughly clean all coffee grounds from the burrs and hopper, then securely pack the unit in its original box with all included accessories.
Ship to Turin
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the grinder's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
